The VIP School Empowerment Coalition is the educational outreach division of Voices International Publications (VIP), dedicated to uplifting at-risk youth through innovative educational programs, leadership development, and social-emotional learning (SEL).
By collaborating with school districts, educators, community leaders, and industry professionals, we bridge opportunity gaps and provide students with real-world skills, mentorship, and culturally responsive educational experiences.
Through customized school-based programs, youth empowerment initiatives, and professional development for educators, we equip students with the tools to excel academically, socially, and professionally.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower students to overcome obstacles, embrace leadership, and build a foundation for success. We create innovative programs and educational resources that help students:

- Trauma-Informed Support Services: Helping students navigate mental health challenges and emotional trauma.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives
